Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We take a great deal of care with the picking and packing of your order and as such may take up to seven working days to leave us in case of national and bank holidays.

Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: Orders within the European Union and North America should be delivered within 10-12 working days depending on the shipping service you have chosen. Orders outside the EU and North America should be delivered within 14-20 working days of despatch, also depending on the shipping service you have chosen. Q: Can I track my order?
A: Express Shipping orders and Int'l Economy with Tracking and Int'l Priority with Tracking provide a possibility to track your Order. You'll receive your Tracking Number via Email once available - and you can also check shipping updates from our page Track Your Order.

Please note that we cannot provide a Tracking Service for every Destination Country we deliver to. If your order has not arrived within the delivery dates stated above, please contact us at technotvchannel@gmail.com.
